About Us

CURRICULUM: The Academic Acceleration Academy (AAA) is the only charter school sponsored by Columbus City Schools. We provide students with traditional academic courses in a nontraditional environment. Small class, highly qualified teachers and technologically well-equipped classroom afford students an interactive and challenging learning environment.

Students will be expected to:

• Pass the Ohio Graduation Test
• Study to be successful in passing academic subjects
• Use technology effectively
• Find and maintain employment (with our assistance)
• Take full advantage of the benefits the school has to offer

WHAT MAKES THE AAA UNIQUE:The AAA has a variety of services and resources beyond a full academic offering to help students individually. We have partnered with several community organizations to help meet the needs that many students face which prevents them from successfully completing high school. The AAA provides students with a warm caring environment of which they can grow and develop.
